About Frostburg Eats
Frostburg Eats is a food ordering and e-bike delivery marketplace for one zip code: 21532. It delivers only to partner businesses and lodging, never to a house, because the point is foot traffic into local businesses and money that stays in town. The Pour House was one of its launch partners.
Zero commission
Frostburg Eats takes no percentage of any kitchen’s sale. Partners pay a flat monthly fee, so a festival Saturday never costs a kitchen more than a slow Tuesday.
Tips go to the driver
Nothing is asked at checkout. After handover you get a thank-you with a one-tap tip; 100% of it goes to the Eats Delivery Driver who pedalled it over.
Price shown is price paid
Menu prices include Maryland sales tax. The delivery fee and the free-delivery threshold are stated up front. No surprises at the end.

What is Frostburg Eats?
Frostburg Eats is Frostburg's own food ordering and e-bike delivery system, built by our technology partner Thraxel Tech for ZIP 21532. You pick a local kitchen, pick your food, and an Eats Delivery Driver pedals it to a partner venue: here at The Pour House, the Gunter and Tunnel hotels, the Depot platform, the FSU campus on event days. It takes no commission from any kitchen; every dollar of your food goes to the people who cooked it.
Where does the food come to?
Straight to your seat here at The Pour House. At checkout you pick your spot from our floor plan: a seat at the candle bar, a table, or the front counter. The Eats Delivery Driver walks in and hands it to you. Orders placed on this site are always delivered here.
How long does it take?
Usually inside half an hour. Each kitchen shows a prep time, and once your driver has the bag you can watch the e-bike move on a live map and message the driver directly.
Why do you need my email?
Your receipt, every status update, and your Eats Delivery Driver's thank-you all go there, so check it (and your spam folder the first time). Add this page to your home screen and turn on notifications to get the same updates as a buzz on your phone.
Can I order drinks?
Not through Frostburg Eats. It is food and non-alcoholic drinks only; nothing alcoholic is on any menu and the system won't accept it. Your drinks come from our bar, which is rather the point.
Who gets the tip?
The Eats Delivery Driver, all of it. Nothing is asked at checkout. After they hand you the bag you get a thank-you with a one-tap tip on the card you already used. Cash works too.
Which card is charged?
Your payment is processed by Frostburg Eats (Thraxel) through Stripe, not by The Pour House. It shows on your statement as FROSTBURG EATS. The bar tab for your drinks and candle stays separate.
