Garrett is the one who looked at a building that has welcomed travelers since 1897 and saw room for one more story. He founded The Pour House to give Frostburg a place to slow down. Pour a candle, order something good, and let the evening run as long as it wants to.
If the front door is open, odds are he is somewhere behind it.

Sammi runs the room. She comes from years in management and hospitality, and it shows in the greeting at the door, the pacing of the pours, and the way a first visit turns into a regular table.
